Why would you choose that as an affirmation? ;)

While I know that sounds a little tongue-in-cheek, you have to understand that under NO circumstances do I allow myself to talk like that UNLESS I'm actively doing an EFT session to LET GO of that kind of feeling.

I don't say those things to "communicate my perception to others", or for any other reason. I think the difference between me and many LOA students is that they WILL allow themselves to say things like that, because they acknowledge that as the way things are.

But they AREN'T except to the extent that you allow them to be.

I have no idea. Maybe there is no way. You'll know they're not if they come up again with another trigger of some kind. "Permanently" eliminating them isn't nearly as important as knowing how to neutralize them when they come up again.

Interesting how often you use the word "feeling" - followed by a statement that I'm relatively sure you DON'T want to be your reality.

These days, there's no reason to believe that you're even halfway through the journey yet, so saying that time is "short" isn't even close to true. Wonder why you'd feel that way?
